How can I arrange for next-day delivery?
During checkout, under Billing Options please leave a comment stating that you would like to arrange for next-day delivery. You should receive a response within 3 hours. Otherwise, please call us at 6383 0880.
Kindly note that a $10 surcharge will apply. Our friendly customer service team will advise you on payment methods after confirming the delivery details.
Do note that our operational hours are Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am – 5:30pm. Requests received after this time will be addressed the next working day.

I forgot my account password, what should I do?
Reset your password by clicking the “forgot your password” link on the login screen and your account will be recovered as soon as possible.
I forgot my login username, what should I do?
Your login username will be the email address that you’ve created the account with. If that does not work, please drop us an email with your contact number at email@example.com, and we’ll do our best to recover your account for you.
How can I see a sample of the material?
You can browse our Essentials kit – available here. We also offer a more comprehensive range at our office located at 115 Defu Lane 10, Level 4.
Do you offer printing services?
While we do not offer printing services, we work with many professional printers to deliver your projects. Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact number and details of your project, and we’d be happy to share our resources with you.
How do I find the right type of material?
Simple, you should purchase our Essentials kit which comes with an informational paper guide! Available here. Or visit us at 115 Defu Lane 10, Level 4 for a consultation.
What if I can’t find what I want in the online store? (e.g. different material, type, or size)

Ordering from our online store
I ordered the wrong material/size/quantity. Can I change my order?
We do not allow any changes to confirmed orders.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellation of any confirmed orders.
How do I know if my order is being processed?
When payment is successful, you will receive an acknowledgement with an order summary email. Your order will be processed concurrently.
How do I checkout?
After adding your selections to your “paper tray”, simply click “paper tray” to review your selection, click “checkout” and you’ll be on your way.
How do I edit my shopping cart?
Simply click “paper tray” to review your selection on your preview page.
What should I do if I received a wrong product or product arrived damaged/defective?
Should there be any issues with the product you received, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly include your order number and attach clear photographs of the item in question. You should receive a response within 3 working hours. Otherwise, please call us at 6383 0880.

Shipping & Delivery
Are there any delivery charges?
We charge a flat fee of S$15.00 for orders below S$150.00. Delivery charges are automatically waived for orders amounting to S$150.00 and above.
What is the delivery lead time for local (Singapore) delivery?
2-4 working days.
Does your local delivery service cover the whole of Singapore?
Our local delivery service is applicable for mainland Singapore addresses only. Excludes Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa.
I’m located outside Singapore. How can I make an order?
We may require you to arrange your own courier service. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll advise you accordingly.
Are my orders available for self-collection?
Yes! Please select “Free Self-Collection” under Shipping Options upon checkout. You may do a self-collection from our office at 115 Defu Lane 10, Level 4 from Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am – 5.30pm excluding Public Holidays.
I am not a student but would prefer to do a School Pick Up. Is that possible?
Yes! Do note that a $10 fee will apply for those without a valid student card. Our onsite team will collect this in Cash or through PayNow.
I am a student and would prefer to do a School Pick Up at a different institution. Is that possible?
Of course! Just make sure to select the right school during checkout, and bring along your student card.
What are your operating hours?
Even though our online store never closes, we’re not able to make deliveries on weekends and Public Holidays. Our office at 115 Defu Lane 10, Level 4 is open from Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am – 5.30pm excluding Public Holidays.

We do not have a retail store, but you’re welcome to browse our comprehensive range of materials at our office at 115 Defu Lane 10, Level 4.
